Privacy and personal data
This page explains how your personal data is processed on analitikkonstruktor.com and when you write to us by e-mail (under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, KVKK). The Turkish version is the binding one.
On the site
- No cookies. The site uses no cookies, visitor counters or advertising trackers, and loads no external scripts or fonts.
- No forms. The site has no form asking for information.
- Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical connection data (e.g. IP address, browser type) to run and protect the site; Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that.
When you write to us
- What you send to iletisim@analitikkonstruktor.com (name, e-mail address, the content of your message) is used only to answer you and, if you wish, to tell you when the trial version is ready.
- Messages are forwarded by Cloudflare's e-mail service and stored in Google's e-mail service (Gmail); the servers of these services are outside Turkey.
- Your data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties unless the law requires it.
- Correspondence is kept as long as the business relationship continues. On request it is deleted, except where the law requires keeping it.
The program
ANALİTİK KONSTRÜKTÖR keeps your drawings and files on your computer; it does not send them to any server.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, and to request correction or deletion. Write to iletisim@analitikkonstruktor.com; you will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
